(Anti-Disapparation Jinx)
- Description: Used to prevent Disapparation in an area for a time. Presumably can be used to prevent an enemy from entering a defended area, or used to trap an enemy in an area.
(Antonin Dolohov's Curse)
- Description: This curse causes serious internal injury, but does not show any external symptoms. It is described as cast with "a slashing motion", sending out a streak of purple flames.

- Description: This spell makes invisible ink appear.

- Description: Presumably causes weather patterns to be created.
Avada Kedavra (Killing Curse)
- Pronunciation: ah-VAH-dah kuh-DAHV-rah (IPA: /ə.'væ.də kə.'dæv.ɹə/)
- Description: causes a bright green flash and a rushing noise; the curse causes instant death to the victim.
Avis
- Pronunciation: AH-vis (IPA: /a'vɪs/)
- Description: This charm creates a flock of birds that pour forth from the caster's wand. When coupled with Oppugno, it can be used offensively.

Amortenti The most powerful love potion in the world.
Bouncing Bulb Plant used in Herbology.
Bubotuber Plant that resembles a black slug with swellings that contain a yellowish green
liquid. Bubotuber pus is used to cure acne, but undiluted it causes sores and boils.
Chinese Cabbage
Deflating Draught Potion that counteracts a swelling solution. Causes swelled body parts to return to normal size.
Draught of Living Death, the Powerful sleeping draught.
Dragons Blood, 12 uses of who knows I will guess one of these days.
Felix Felicis A potion that provides its drinker with liquid luck.
Flobberworm Species of worm that Harry and his friends have to keep alive to pass the Care of Magical Creatures course in third year. It has a use in potions just not sure what.
Floo powder Glittering powder that wizards use for traveling. Throw it into the fireplace; say the name of your destination and step into the flames. not a potion but still it has to be created in a potions lab.

Its not mine, its something I heard about when I was a childrens nurse. How do we even begin to explain death to a child.
The not coming back is just so hard for them to comprehend. they know they lose things but they never really understand finality and should they ever have to understand that loss that never comes back here is the Water Bug

First days are never easy, but it was not as if I was a new student on my first ward. I was in my second year and after this I would I pass my finals and I would be a proper nurse. There is always a portal its just how to find it that proves the greatest difficulty. Its not where you expect it at all, just here and there appearing at random times in random realms.
